Seamless capsule technology produces spherical capsules in which the shell completely encloses the contents, by discharging the liquid contents and shell liquid concentrically through multiple nozzles.
Because the spherical shape is formed by interfacial tension, a smooth, seamless surface can be achieved, unlike conventional hard capsules.
In particular, the capsule diameter, shell thickness and hardness can be adjusted, enabling a wide range of product designs tailored to the characteristics of the contents and the final product.
